Solid Waste Department

The Solid Waste Department is responsible for managing the Town's trash disposal and recycling efforts. The department administers vendor contracts and provides resident services through the curbside and Recycle Center operations. The department also serves as a contact point for solid waste and recycling information as well as a customer service contact point for residents with concerns or complaints about vendor services.

Trash bags are available at EB Mobile Mart, Howe Lumber, Cumberland Farms, and Depot Square Deli for $15.00 for ten bags.

The Recycle Center (RC) is located at Stevens Road.  It is open 9-3 on Saturdays  all year and Thursdays 2:30-4:30 - April thru November.
