Parks and Recreation Committee

The Parks and Recreation Committees meet the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at 290 West Main Street.

The East Brookfield Parks and Recreation Committees maintain Connie Mack Field, the Little League field and the playground located at the end of Connie Mack Drive. They also maintain, along with the help from North Brookfield, the Town Beach. The beach opens in late June and closes for the year after Labor Day. The Town-Owned Basketball Court is located on School Street behind the fire station and has lights for night-time hours.

The Committees run a Summer Recreation program and sponsor a Woman's Softball Team that competes in the Woman's Regional League.

The Parks and Recreation Committees are appointed by the Selectmen for a one-year term.
