THE REAL ESTATE EXEMPTION APPLICATION IS DUE BY APRIL 1, 2024.
VETERANS: First Time vets-please provide a copy of your DD-214 as well as the letter of disability from the VA. Exemption amounts vary.
ELDERLY: First Time applicants need to provide a copy of their birth certificate as well as necessary documents to verify income and assets. Exemption amount varies from $175 TO $500.
BLIND: Please request a Certificate of Blindness from the Mass Commission for the Blind. Exemption is $437.50.
