How do I apply to Vote by Mail?

There are several ways to have a ballot sent to you so you can vote by mail:
1. Click on the Vote by Mail Application button (to the left), print it out, fill it in and either drop it off at the
          Office or in the big white drop box in the rear of the building, or mail it to:
          Town Clerk, Memorial Town Complex, 122 Connie Mack Dr., East Brookfield MA 01515
You can also scan or take a photo and email it to townclerk@eastbrookfieldma.us. Your signature must be clearly shone in the scan/photo.
2. Apply through the Commonwealth's online portal at https://www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/elesplash.htm
          Click on the Apply to Vote by Mail button. You can also update your voter registration,
          track your ballot, etc.
