Planning Board
The Board meets the 3rd Wednesday 7:30 p.m.in the meeting room at the Memorial Town Complex.
The
Planning Board is responsible for reviewing and approving land divisions
and new subdivisions and for processing certain special permit applications
and site plans for a variety of uses and activities. The Board's operating
guidelines are the Town’s Zoning Bylaws, the state Zoning Act (Chapter
40A) and the state Subdivision Control Law (Chapter 41 Sections 81A to
81GG).
The Board is elected by voters.
Term of office is three years with two terms expiring each year. The current
