Parks and
Recreation Committee

Meets third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at 290 West Main Street.

The East Brookfield Parks and Recreation Committee maintains Connie Mack Field, the Little League field and the playground located at the end of Connie Mack Drive. They also maintain, along with the help from North Brookfield, the Town Beach. The beach opens in late June and closes for the year after Labor Day. The Town-Owned Basketball Court is located on School Street behind the fire station and has lights for night-time hours.

The Committee runs a Summer Recreation program and sponsors a Woman's Softball Team that competes in the Woman's Regional League.

The Parks and Recreation Committee is appointed by the Selectmen for a one-year term.
